Summary of Ministry 1.    What accomplishments in your ministry can we celebrate this month? MAY 2012- Followed-up with MTSBC Summer Missionary Supervisors and Sojourner/Summer Missionaries by email and phone calls in preparation for summer ministry.  Was fortunate to reassign a couple of Summer Missionaries that were scheduled to arrive, but ministry locations had some mix-ups.  Everything worked out perfectly in the end.  Conducted Summer/Sojourner Missionary orientation (June 4-6th).  2.  What are your ministry plans for next month?  For JUNE, I will be following-up with Summer/Sojourner missionaries and supervisors to find out if there are any needs or concerns.  Will also be supervising my “adoptive nephew,” Travis Hays serving as a Sojourner missionary with me in Big Sky.  We have lots of plans to survey area for potential youth/collegiate ministry.  And, I will continue working towards the launching of the prayer & fund-raising partners for my missionary position as a MSC Missionary.      3.  What is working well?     The approach that I decided to take in the Summer Missionary orientation with Covenant Agreements and including the church planter pastors and other supervisors with mentoring each of their Summer/Sojourner missionaries.   Being able to share my faith and my journey with God more often through my community connections.   4. What is missing or needs improvement? Nothing new this month.   5. What are your plans to take care of your Spiritual, Physical and Family needs next month? This month was a little tough to stay consistent in my devotional time, but my prayer time is the most consistent. I’ve decided to definitely run the Bozeman marathon in September, but would welcome training for a ½ Ironman, but that remains to be seen.  I am reading my next book on my “books to read” list.  This one is “A River Runs Through it” which was recently given to me. 6. Any other matters of interest? None at this time.   7. How can we pray for you? Pray for my unsaved friends and those with whom I am in contact on a weekly basis.  Pray for the health of my parents in Lake Charles, LA.   Pray for the Sojourner, Innovator and Summer missionaries that are serving in Montana this summer from June 4th – August 9th.  Pray for the stamina that I need to balance everything that’s on my plate for ministry resources, evangelism, coordinating of the Summer Missionaries and the mentoring relationships that God has placed in my life.   Continued prayer for my financial resources to continue ministry as a MSC (self-funded) Missionary.
